摘要
采用原位还原方法首先合成了石墨烯-半导体复合催化剂,光催化性能评价表明复合后的ZnO光催化性能增强了5倍.光电化学测试数据证明ZnO和石墨烯的相互作用提高了光致电子和空穴的分离效率.
Graphene hybridized with ZnO could produce an efficient photocatalyst. 2 wt% graphene hybridized ZnO showed enhanced photocatalytic activity for the degradation of organic dye, which was about 5 times as that of ZnO. Photoelectrochemical assessment results proved that the enhancement of photocatalytic activity was attributed to the high migration efficiency of photo-induced electrons and the inhibited charge carriers recombination due to the electronic interaction between ZnO and graphene.
