摘要
应用钻修机在渤海D油田WHPA平台完成了3口大位移水平井作业,这是渤海钻井史上的一次新的技术突破。文中主要分析了渤海D油田WHPA平台钻修机设备能力不足及大位移水平井摩阻高、井眼清洁难、井眼轨迹控制难、下套管固井难等施工难点,总结了钻井作业中所采取的使用设备优化、井眼轨迹控制、井眼清洁、钻井液优选、固井方式选择等技术措施。本文成果可为今后其他油田应用钻修机进行大位移水平井施工提供借鉴经验。
Abstract: Three extended reach wells (ERW) were completed on a WHPA platform of D oilfield in Bo- hai Sea by using the drilling/service unit, which is a new technical breakthrough in the drilling history of Bohai oilfield. This paper summarizes the meas- ures adopted during drilling operation to solve the difficulties of equipment capacity, torque and drag, wellbore cleaning, path control, running casing, and cementing etc. The results of this paper can provide reference for using the drilling/service unit to complete extended reach well in other oilfields.
