摘要 以镀银铜粉为导电填料,以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV光固化树脂为基体材料,研制了UV光固化电磁屏蔽导电涂料。测试结果表明:该涂料的导电性能不但与填料含量、引发剂种类和含量有关,而且随涂层厚度的增强其电磁屏蔽效能增大。 A conductive and electromagnetic shielding coating composed of silver-coated copper powders as filler and UV curable resin as binder was prepared and tested. The results showed that the different factors such as the type and ratio of filler and photoinitiator could influence the conductive performance of the coating, which could be also influenced by the thickness of coating.
