摘要
目的:观察川芎嗪对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。方法:将90只8 d龄鸡胚随机分成6组(生理盐水组、贝复济组、盐酸川芎嗪A组、B组、C组、D组),建立CAM模型,将NS、bFGF、4种浓度的川芎嗪分别加在CAM表面的载体上,继续孵育3 d后制备CAM标本,观察血管生成表现,并进行新生血管计数。结果:川芎嗪各浓度组新生血管数增加,与生理盐水组和贝复济组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪具有促进鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成作用,川芎嗪促血管生成作用与其浓度有一定依赖关系。
Objective:To observe the effect of ligustrazine on angiogenesis of chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM).Methods:90 chick embryo were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal saline group,basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)group,and ligustrazine A,B,C,D group.CAM model was prepared,then NS,bFGF,four doses of ligustrazine were added respectively onto the carriers on the CAM.CAM sample was prepared after 3 days incubation.The state of angiogenesis was observed and the number of new blood vessels was counted.Results:The proliferation of vessels in ligustrazine groups was move than that in normal saline group and bFGF group(P0.05).Conclusion:Ligustrazine could promote angiogenesis of chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane,and the effect has certain dependent relationship with its concentration.
