摘要
在既有建筑改造节能的同时,如何通过建筑外墙保温隔热材料的研究及选择达到既有效降低建筑能耗,又大大提升其防火性能的目的,已成为我国建筑安全领域必须要攻克的难题。本文通过"十一五"国家科技支撑计划重大项目"既有建筑综合改造关键技术研究与示范"示范基地——重庆市渝中区人民村居住区综合整治工程,提出了既有住宅节能改造和防火的措施和对策。
Working out heat insulating material,which can dramatically reduce energy consumption and greatly strengthen fire performance,and using it in the energy-saving renovation project of the existing buildings has become a challenge that must be conquered for the security field of the Chinese construction circle.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive renovation project of the residential districts of Renmin Village,Yuzhong District,Chongqing,the demonstration base of " Research and Demonstration of Key Technologies in the Comprehensive Renovation of Existing Buildings" of National Key Technology RD Program in the Eleventh-Five Years Plan,this thesis presents measures of energy-saving renovation and fire performance of the existing residence.
