摘要
我国对于独立学院学生管理上经验还不足,尤其是学生管理上还在摸索中前进,还有很多疑惑没有解答。针对独立学院学生的特点,在管理工作中将科学化、人性化的管理机制付诸实施,所取得的成效进行分析总结,希望能够为学生管理工作者提供参考和借鉴。
We still lacked experience in the students＇ management of independent college,especially kept in the dark ahead in the students＇ management,which there are many doubts without solutions.According to the characteristics of the independent college students,this paper analyzes and summarizes the obtained results that the scientific,personalized management mechanism are put into practice in the management,hoping to offer reference for the workers of students＇ management.
