SO_2胁迫对大叶黄杨和贴梗海棠叶绿素及可溶性蛋白含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以贴梗海棠和大叶黄杨为试验材料,研究经SO2胁迫后,其生理生化的变化。结果表明,与对照相比,SO2处理的贴梗海棠和大叶黄杨的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量均有所下降,且随SO2质量浓度的增加,这3个指标的下降比率增加;经SO2处理后,贴梗海棠和大叶黄杨叶片内的可溶性蛋白含量与对照相比均升高,且随SO2质量浓度的增加,可溶性蛋白含量的增加比率呈升高趋势,而且大叶黄杨的增加比率高于贴梗海棠。 The physiological and biochemical changes of the Euonymus japonicus and Chaenomeles speciosa under SO2 stress were studied and the results showed as the following: Compared with the control, the contents of Chl a, Chl b, and total Chl all decreased to some extent in the Chaenomeles speciosa and Euonymus japonicus treated with 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 mg/L SO2, and these three indices were descended with the increase of sulfur dioxide concentration, and the increased ratio was increased with the increased concentration of sulfur dioxide. The soluble protein content was increased in both plants treated with sulfur dioxide, but the increased ratio of the Euonymus japonicus was greater than the Chaenomeles speciosa.
