摘要
基因克隆、基因功能研究、作物转基因以及遗传育种的有效结合,对棉花等作物新品种的选育具有推动作用。在作物改良利用的基因中,光敏色素基因是一类重要的光信号传递基因,是主要的红光和远红光的光信号受体,与植物的整个生长发育过程紧密相关。详述了近年来光敏色素基因的功能、结构等方面的研究进展,对深刻研究了解植物光信号转导途径所调控的植物发育具有积极意义。
It is important to promote the breeding of cotton and other crops via combination of gene cloning, functional research, genetically modified organism and genetic breeding. Phytochrome is one of an important genes of light receptor in crop improvement that it mainly accepts the red and far-red light signal. They almost regulated all progress of the growth and development in plant. This article introduces in detail the research progress of function and structure of phytochrome gene in recent years. In addition, the paper also briefly introduces the researches of abiotie stress of drought and salt in our laboratory.
