摘要
通过对FPGA和可调光纤F-P滤波器原理的研究,设计了一个具有高速率、高精度、低成本等优点,并且可以直接输出对应于波长变化的电信号,实现准确的多点实时测量的解调系统。文中给出了该系统的主要器件选择以及软硬件设计方案。实验证明,该解调系统的动态扫描范围达50 nm,分辨率达到1.8 pm.
According to the research of FPGA and fiber fabry-perot tunable filter,a system was designed,with the advantages such as higher speed,higher sensitivity and lower price.It can output electrical signal directly and measure multi-point exactly.This paper introduced the selection of main instruments and design of hardware and software were introduced as follows.The range of dynamic measure is 50 nm,the resolution is 1.8 pm.
