摘要
目的调查深圳市宝安区未婚女工婚前性行为态度及影响因素,为进一步制订健康干预措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法对深圳市宝安区3所工厂的未婚女工进行问卷调查。结果在对婚前性行为态度的调查中,50.6%的调查对象反对婚前性行为,35.5%赞同,13.9%持无所谓的态度;婚前性行为态度的影响因素与年龄、务工时间以及是否有男伴有关。结论未婚女工对婚前性行为赞同的比例较高,自我保护意识薄弱,因此,相关部门应大力开展健康教育,提高未婚女工对婚前性行为危害的认识程度。
OBJECTIVE To survey attitude in premarital sex behaviour of unmarried women workers and it＇s major influential factor in Baoan District of Shenzhen,so to provide evidence for the furthur healthy interventions.METHODS This study was designed as a randomized sampling at three factories in Baoan Area,Shenzhen City,and a structured questionnaire was conducted among those samples.RESULTS The attitude in premarital sex behaviour,50.6% of the population opposed to premarital sex behaviour,35.5% agree,13.9% of respondents who do not care attitude The risk factors include age,migrant life and whether have male partners.CONCLUSIONS Unmarried women workers agree on a higher proportion of premarital sex behaviour,the relevant departments should be strongly and vigorously carry out health education to raise awareness of the hazards of the degree of pre-marital sex behaviour.
