基于T-S模型的烧结终点广义预测自适应控制

摘要 针对铁矿石的烧结过程具有时滞、非线性、不确定等特性,在研究了烧结工艺和烧结终点子系统的部分参数选型的基础上提出一种基于T-S(Takagi Sugeno)模糊模型的烧结终点的预测控制方法。首先,根据烧结终点和台车速度之间的动态非线性化关系,建立烧结终点的T-S模糊模型;然后,在此基础上进行广义预测控制器的设计;最后加入了模糊补偿控制,以实现对烧结终点的自适应控制。利用某烧结厂产生的历史数据对该方法进行仿真实验,结果表明该方法具有较高的辨识精度,超调量小,控制时间短,方法有效。 For iron ore sintering process with time delay, nonlinearity, uncertainty and other characteristics, BTP generalized predictive adaptive control based on T - S fuzzy model was proposed based on studying the sintering and BTP subsystem selection of some parameters. First,according to dynamic nonlinear relationship of BTP and the trolley speed establishmented the T - S fuzzy model of BTP then, designed the generalized pre- dictive controller finally,added the fuzzy compensation control to achieve adaptive control of BTP. The histori- cal data of a sintering plant is used to simulate this method,simulation results show that this method with high recognition accuracy, small overshoot, control time is short,this method is effective.
