摘要 针对粮库粮情参数监测中检测点多、通信距离远、扩展性和移动性能差的特点,提出一种基于无线传感器网络的粮库温湿度实时跟踪与无线监测新方法。粮仓内分布的集成一体化数字传感器SHT75采集各节点的温湿度信号,由汇聚节点将其与当前时间值和地址编码信息打包并通过射频收发模块nRF905无线发送给基站,中继站点无线接收基站数据并传输给监控中心。详细介绍了粮库汇聚节点和基站的硬件构成和软件设计。实验表明,无线监测系统的通信距离为128 m,误码率小于2%,可满足大型粮仓的温湿度监测要求。 As the monitoring system for grain depot which has the characteristics of multiple measuring points, far transmit distance, poor expansion and mobility, a new method of wireless tracking and monitoring the tem- perature and humidity is proposed based on WSN. The temperature and humidity signals of all nodes are ac- quired by SHT75, and packaged with current time and address code information by the gathering node, then sent out to the base station by nRF905. The relay stations receive the data of the base stations and transmit to the control center. The hardware and software of the gathering nodes and the base station are introduced in de- tail. The experimental results show that the effective communication range can reach 128 m and the data error rate is less than 2%, which can meet the requirements of temperature and humidity monitoring.
