环氧树脂高含盐废水处理及盐的资源化研究 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了一种环氧树脂高含盐废水的预处理方法,预处理后的盐水经多效蒸发处理回收高质量盐,其饱和盐水总有机碳(TOC)<10-4,可用于氯碱工业电解制备烧碱、氯气等,而烧碱和氯气又是环氧树脂的原料,从而实现了盐资源的循环利用,保证了环氧树脂行业的可持续稳定发展。 To introduce one kind of pretreatment method for the high salt-bearing wastewater of epoxy resin.Through multiple-effect evaporation processing,the salt water pretreated became the high grade salt which saturated brine total organic carbon (TOC) was smaller than lff4,and was used in preparing caustic soda, the chlorine and so on in the chlorine alkali industry.And alkali and chlorine are also the raw materials of epoxy resin,thus the process has realized the salty resources circulation use, and has guaranteed sustainable steady progression of the epoxy resin industry.
