摘要
目的:通过观察与研究补阳还五汤加减在急性缺血性中风患者中的应用效果,以期提高治疗效果、促进患者康复。方法:于2010年3月～2011年5月将86例急性缺血性中风患者按照随机、单盲分为两组,即补阳还五汤加减组和常规西医治疗组(每组43例),然后对两组患者神经功能缺损积分、血流变指标变化情况进行观察和结果分析。结果:经治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损积分、部分血流变指标均得以改善,但补阳还五汤加减组患者神经功能缺损积分下降程度和血流变指标改善情况则好于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加减在急性缺血性中风患者中应用效果良好,能够明显促进患者神经功能恢复。
Objective：Through observe and study of the Buyang Huanwu decoction subtraction application effect in patients with acute ischemic stroke,to improve the therapeutic effect,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.Methods：In March 2010 to May 2011,86 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients according to a randomized,single blind were divided into two groups,Buyang Huanwu decoction group and the conventional western medicine treatment group（n=43 cases）,defect score,then to observe the two groups of neurological function in patients with indicators of changes in blood flow change and analysis of the results.Results：After treatment,two groups of neurologic impairment integral part of the blood flow change indicators can be improved,but Buyang Huanwu soup subtraction patients with neurological deficit points decline in the extent and indicators of blood flow change to improve the situation is better than conventional western medicine treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating acute ischemic stroke patients have a good results,can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function in patients.
