摘要
采用阻燃改性环氧树脂为基体、玻璃纤维布为增强体的预浸料,制备层压板复合材料,研究环氧复合材料烟密度的影响因素。结果表明,复合材料烟密度与树脂含量、溴锑协效阻燃体系以及基体环氧树脂的固化剂和环氧值相关。
The smoke density of laminates made of flame-retardant epoxy/glass fiber prepreg have been measured by NBS chamber.The effect of smoke density of laminates has been investigated.The results indicate that smoke density relates with resin content of composite,bromine-antimony cooperative flame-resistor,dosage of hardener,and epoxy value of the resin.
