摘要
随着对比剂在医疗中的应用逐渐增多,对比剂肾病(CIN)已逐渐引起更多医务工作者的关注。CIN是指应用对比剂后2～3 d血清肌酐水平较基线水平升高≥25%或>44.2μmol/L(5 mg/L),并排除其他原因所致的急性肾功能损害。本文主要对CIN发病机制、危险因素及防治措施等方面研究的进展进行综述。
As a result of the increasing use of contrast medium in patients, CIN has attracted more attention of the medical workers. CIN is defined as a serum creatinine level being increases by at least 25% or being 44. 2 μmol/L greater than baseline within 2 - 3 days of receiving contrast medium intravascularly in the absence of other causes. This article mainly intro- duces the pathogenesis, risk factors, protective and preventive strategies against CIN.
