摘要
随着配电侧负荷的日益多样化及风电的大规模并网,地区电网电压稳定问题逐渐凸显,传统的离线分析无法实时跟踪系统的状态,在线分析只见于省、网层面的应用。应用灵敏度分析法及连续潮流法,开发了基于能量管理系统的地区电网在线静态电压稳定预警系统。系统对电网内5座牵引站及2座风电场进行了建模及等值,在整合多数据源的基础上,实时给出地区电网电压稳定性指标值及预警信息,自动报告电网电压稳定薄弱区域。该系统已在河南信阳电网投入运行,得到运行调度人员的认可。
With the increasing diversity of distribution load and the large scale accessing of wind power, the problem of voltage stability in regional grid is gradually highlighted, traditional off-line analysis can not conduct a real-time tracking of the power system, and on-line analysis is applied only in province grid. Based on energy management system, on-line early warning system for voltage stability in regional power grid is designed and implemented by applying sensitivity analysis and method for continuation power flow. In this paper, the warning system is used to model the five traction loads and two wind plants. Based on multiple data integration, the index of voltage stability and information of early warning are given on real time, the weak links are provided and reported automatically. The system was put into operation in Xinyang power system and recognized by dispatchers.
