腰椎间盘退行性变的分级 被引量:3

摘要 流行病学调查显示,约80%以上的人一生中发生一次以上的严重腰腿痛,每年人口的15%~20%受到腰痛困扰,1%的人群因腰痛而永久致残。为此投入的医疗保健费用也颇为可观,如英国每年花费约120亿英镑用于诊治腰腿痛[1]。在美国,每年约有1 300万人因下腰痛就医,花费约500亿美元。
