摘要
目的探讨妊娠并发症及围产期感染与早产儿视网膜病变发病情况的相关性。方法收集2009年5月至2011年10月在我院出生的184例早产儿,生后4～6周矫正胎龄32周开始筛查患儿。对出生体质量、孕周、妊娠并发症、围产期感染、氧疗等与早产儿视网膜病变发病情况进行相关分析。结果 184例早产儿中检出21例早产儿视网膜病变,检出率11.41%。出生体质量低、孕周短,早产儿视网膜病变的患病率高。合并母体妊娠并发症、围产期有感染史的患儿早产儿视网膜病变发病率也明显增高。孕周、体质量、妊娠并发症和围产期感染史与早产儿视网膜病变的发病具有正相关性;性别、吸氧、出生后Apgar评分与早产儿视网膜病变无相关性。结论低出生体质量、短孕周、妊娠期并发症及围产期感染早产儿易发生早产儿视网膜病变。
Objective To analyze the correlation between pregnancy complication,perinatal infection and retinopathy of prematurity（ROP）.Methods One hundred and eighty-four infants born in our hospital between May 2009 and October 2011 were included in this study.They were screened for ROP from 4 weeks to 6 weeks of chronological age or 32 weeks of postmenstrual age.Analysis was performed about birth weight,gestational age,pregnancy complication,perinatal infection,oxygen therapy and ROP.Results Twenty-one patients were detected with ROP in 184 infants,and the incidence of ROP was 11.41%.The incidence was high in low birth weight,short gestational age infants.It was found the high incidence in the infants with pregnancy complication,and perinatal infection.There was a positive correlation between ROP and birth weight,gestational age,pregnancy complication,perinatal infection,and no correlation between ROP and gender,oxygen therapy,Apgar scores.Conclusion Low birth weight,short gestational age,pregnancy complication,and perinatal infection are risk factors for ROP.
