摘要
通过对12根不同再生骨料取代率配置500 MPa级钢筋的混凝土柱受力性能进行试验,分析再生混凝土柱的受压构件破坏形态、构件侧向挠度曲线、混凝土应变、钢筋应变等特征。将试验结果与按规范确定的承载力进行对比。研究结果表明,再生混凝土柱的破坏过程、形态、跨中侧向挠度曲线、混凝土应变、钢筋应变与普通混凝土区别不明显,取代率对柱的承载力影响不大。GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》规定计算的受压承载力与试验结果符合良好,500 MPa级钢筋在再生混凝土柱中与混凝土协同工作性能较好,其抗拉强度和抗压强度均能得到充分发挥。在受压承载力计算中,500 MPa级钢筋的抗拉和抗压强度的设计值按GB 50010—2010规定取值均有较大安全储备。
In this paper,the compression behaviors of 12 concrete columns with different replacement percentages of recycled coarse aggregate and 500 MPa grade reinforcement were experimentally investigated.Failure modes,component lateral deflection curve,concrete strain,steel strain and other features of recycled concrete columns were analyzed.The bearing capacity of experiment was compared with code for design of concrete structures.The results show that the failure process and mode,cross-lateral deflection curves,concrete strain,steel strain of the recycled concrete column and ordinary concrete are not different significantly,and the replacement rate has little effect on the bearing capacity of column.The compression bearing capacity calculated by code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 50010—2010) is in good agreement with the experimental results.500 MPa grade reinforcement in recycled concrete columns work with better performance,and its tensile and compressive strength can be fully realized.In the compression bearing capacity calculations,tensile and compressive strength design values of 500 MPa grade reinforcement in GB 50010—2010 values have provided a greater safety margin.
