摘要 目的 :探讨体重的变化对腰椎间盘受力的影响 ,为自我保护腰椎间盘提供理论依据。方法 :运用生物力学方法 ,计算出一定身高和固定前屈角度时 ,不同体重对腰椎间盘受力的影响。结果 :腰椎间盘的受力随着体重的增加而增加。结论 :腰椎间盘突出患者若增加体重或增加负重 ,则有可能加重腰椎间盘的突出 。 Object:To explore the influence of body weight changes on the stress of lumbar intervertebral disc, and providing the academic evidence for self-protection so as to prevent the disc herniation. Method:Approaching with biomechanics, analyzing the effects of body weight on lumbar intervertebral disc was studied when the body height and the definite antexed angulation were measured. Result:With the increase of body weight, the stress on lumbar intervertebral disc increased, the amplitude of disc extrusion became greater than it of on shear stress. Conclusion:The protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc would be prominent if body weight or load increases and then cause more severe symptoms.
