摘要
锚杆支护在隧道锚固工程中占有着重要的地位,为了解锚杆在施工过程中的受力状态,需对锚杆的应力进行监测。文章详细介绍了应变测力锚杆的结构设计、数字锚杆监测仪设计原理及其应用,并通过该测力系统在深圳地铁2号线侨香站—香蜜湖北站区间隧道应用中所得的测试数据,对锚杆的工作状态以及围岩安全状况进行了分析。该系统为地铁工程实现信息化作业提供了一种可靠的手段,也为锚杆的优化设计和应用提供了科学依据。
Anchor bolts play an important role in tunnel anchoring engineering.The stress of an anchor bolt needs to be monitored in order to ascertain the state of stress.This paper introduces the structural design of the strain dynamometer anchor bolt,as well as the working principles of the digital anchor bolt dynamometer and its application.The dynamometer system was applied in the Qiaoxiang Station to Xiangmihu North Station tunnel of the Shenzhen Metro Line 2,and the working statement of the anchor bolt and the safety conditions of the surrounding rock are analyzed using the measured data.
