纤维胆道镜治疗肝内外胆管结石187例疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨应用纤维胆道镜治疗肝内外胆管结石的临床疗效。方法对187例胆道探查手术病人术中常规使用胆道镜,96例术中术后均用胆道镜。结果 98例肝胆管结石病人术中联合应用胆道镜,术后残石率由47.6%(46/98)降为22.8%(22/98),应用胆道镜经T管窦道取石取尽率为96.3%(30/32)。结论胆道探查术中常规应用胆道镜有助于降低胆管残石率,肝胆管结石术后经T管窦道应用纤维胆道镜可有效清除胆管残石。
