摘要
日本灾难教育成功的经验在于:在灾难防预方面,具有强烈的灾难意识和浓厚的防灾氛围;在灾难应对方面,具有丰富而又科学的灾难应对知识、严格而又有效的灾难应对演习和系统而又高效的灾难反应体系。鉴于日本灾难教育的经验,我国学校应加强灾难意识和灾难知识教育、举行科学的防灾演习,构建系统的灾难教育体系。
The success of the Japan’s disaster education lies in the following aspects： in terms of disaster prevention, Japanese people have a strong consciousness of disaster and the whole country has the dense environment for disaster prevention; in terms of disaster response, Japan has rich and scientific knowledge of disaster response, strict and effective drills of disaster response and a sound and effective system of disaster reaction. According to Japan＇s experience of disaster education, we should strengthen disaster awareness and education on the knowledge of disaster in schools, hold scientific drills of disaster prevention and form a sound system of disaster education.
