Objective Explore the differences of related laboratory parameters between a mouse model of psoriasis with spleen-deficiency syndrome and psoriasis syndrome only. Methods Mice were 108,and by 100% rhubarb decoction gavage in mice 7 d to build the the spleen-deficiency model(model 2),which the 5~7 d spleen-deficiency were intraperitoneally injected with diethylstilbestrol to build psoriasis model(model 1),a separate blank group(n=36),mice were sacrificed after the observation of the relevant indicators of the two groups Spleen concentrations of melatonin(MT) and psoriasis-related indicators of plasma endothelin-1,soluble E-selectin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) analysis of the differences.Results(1)Spleen-deficiency index: control group model 1 MT compare with the model 2 respectively, the indicators was statistically significant(P0.05),model group and blank group was no significant difference(P0.05).(2)Psoriasis-related indicators: control group and model groups, plasma endothelin-1,soluble E-selectin levels and vaginal epithelial PCNA expression differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Model 1 and the model 2 plasma endothelin-1,soluble E-selectin levels was statistically significant(P0.05),vaginal epithelial expression of PCNA was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Psoriasis model and which with Spleen-deficiency Syndrome model in Spleen indicators and psoriasis indicators have different degrees of difference.
