摘要
抽样调查温州市女 5 5岁男 6 0岁以上人群的血脂 ,以了解温州市绝经后妇女的血脂变化特点。结果如下 :1绝经后妇女血总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)水平及混合性高脂血症、高 TC血症、高 L DL- C血症明显高于同龄男性。 2绝经后妇女血 TC、L DL- C水平及混合性高脂血症、高 TC血症、高 L DL- C血症患病率在 6 0～岁组明显高于围绝经期组 (5 5～岁组 ) ,提示温州市绝经后妇女存在着明显的血脂代谢紊乱 ,如何进行一级预防 ,减少心血管事件发生是个不容忽视的问题。
Objective:To investigate of blood lipids in postmenopausal women aged over 60 years.Methods:A sampling survey on blood lipids among females over 55 years old and males over 60 years old in Wenzhou city was performed.Results:①The levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C) and the prevalence rates of mixed hyperlipidemia,hyper cholesterolemia,hyper LDL cholesterolemia in postmenopausal women were significantly higher than those in the males aged over 60 years old.②The levels of TC,LDL C and the prvalence rates of mixed hyperlipidemia,hyper LDL cholesterolemia in the 60～69 age group were higher than those in the 55～59 age group in the female.Conclusion:The results showed that the lipid metabolism disorders were serious in the postmenopausal women in Wenzhou city,and how to carry out the preventive measures is of importance in cardiovascular disease control program.
