摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮过瘤胃胆碱添加量对泌乳早期奶牛生产性能及血液指标的影响。试验选用4头胎次、预产期、体重、产奶量相近的健康荷斯坦牛,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,试验处理为每头牛的饲粮中每天添加0、30、60或90g过瘤胃胆碱(氯化胆碱含量分别为0、7.5、15.0、22.5g)。试验共分为4期,每期15d。试验结果表明,补饲过瘤胃胆碱对奶牛的产奶量、乳糖和乳真蛋白质含量及其产量无显著影响(P>0.05);乳脂率随着过瘤胃胆碱添加量的增加显著升高(P<0.05),在添加量为30和60g/d时达到较高水平,2组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。添加过瘤胃胆碱对血浆中葡萄糖、高密度脂蛋白、β-羟丁酸、甘油三酯和胆固醇的含量没有显著影响(P>0.05),有提高血浆低密度脂蛋白含量的趋势(P>0.05)。添加过瘤胃胆碱降低了血浆非酯化脂肪酸含量(P=0.05),以添加量为60g/d时非酯化脂肪酸含量最低且显著低于对照(P<0.05)。本试验结果显示,泌乳早期奶牛饲粮中添加过瘤胃胆碱有提高肝脏脂肪输出能力的作用,可将更多的脂肪酸分配到外周体组织代谢,进而促进乳脂合成和降低脂肪在肝脏沉积的风险。
Aims of this present study were to investigate the effects of dietary rumen-protected choline(RPC) on lactation performance and plasma parameters in early lactation cows.Four healthy,multiparous Holstein cows with similar parity,expected calving date,body weight and milk yield were used in a 4×4 Latin square experiment.The four cows were fed diets supplemented with 0,30,60 or 90 g/d RPC(the contents of choline were 0,7.5,15.0 and 22.5 g),respectively.The experiment was divided into four 15-day periods.The results showed that milk yield,lactose and milk protein contents and those yield were not influenced by RPC supplementation level(P0.05).Milk fat percentage was increased with the PRC supplementation level increasing(P0.05),and the higher milk fat percentages were observed when 30 and 60 g/d RPC were supplemented,but there were no significant difference between them(P0.05).PRC supplementation did not affect glucose,high-density lipoprotein,β-hydroxybutyric acid,triglycerides and cholesterol content in plasma(P0.05),and had a trend to increase plasma low-density lipoprotein content(P0.05).PRC supplementation decreased plasma non-esterified fatty acids content(P=0.05),and when PRC supplementation was 60 g/d,plasma non-esterified fatty acids content was gotten to the lowest level,and significantly lower than that of the control(P0.05).Results of the present study indicate that dietary PRC for early lactation cows may increase the output of the liver fat,enhance the metabolism of fatty acids in the peripheral tissue,and then contributes to milk fat synthesis and reduces the risk of fat deposition in the liver.
