摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将240例FD患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各1 20例,治疗组采用四磨汤口服液联合西药伊托必利治疗,对照组仅采用西药伊托必利治疗。两组均治疗8周为1个疗程,疗程结束后停药观察疗效。结果:治疗组的症状明显改善,症状改善评分两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗FD有显著疗效。
Objective：To Observe Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Functional Dyspepsia.Methods：240 patients of FD were divided randomly into 2 groups,120in each group：the treated group treated with Si MO decoction combined with itopride Tablet.and the control group treated with itopride tablet alone,the therapeutic course for both groups was 8 weeks.clinical effect after treatment were observed.Results：The symptom of treated group were relieved significantly than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is an effective therapeutic option in treatment of functional dyspesia
