摘要
大学生的职业发展应该得到更多的关注和关心,为青年大学生开展精细的职业指导有利于大学生尽早地确立职业发展方向和顺利就业。高校要根据社会发展和学生人群的具体情况,制定大学生职业指导目标,精细化开展职业指导工作。
College students in China as a main force of young people,their professional development should be given more attention and concern,fine vocational guidance helps students to establish occupation development direction and the smooth employment as early as possible.Colleges and universities should make college students＇ vocational guidance goal and conduct fine vocational guidance according to the social development and a crowd of students specific situation.
