稀土对耐磨铸钢中夹杂物影响机理的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对不同稀土硅铁加入量的高锰铸钢与20MnCrNi2MoA铸钢,采用QUANTA-400型环境扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及其配备的能谱仪(EDS)对夹杂物的形貌、尺寸及其分布进行观察,研究稀土对耐磨铸钢夹杂物的影响及作用机理.结果表明,在耐磨铸钢中加入稀土,夹杂物变得更加细小、圆整,分布趋于均匀. The high manganese steel casting and 20 MnCrNi2MoA cast steel with different content of rare earth ferrosilicon were studied by using QUANTA-400 environmental scanning electron microscope(SEM) equipped with EDS for the observation of the inclusion's morphology,size and distribution.The effects of rare earth on the inclusions of the wear-resisting cast steel containing RE and the mechanism of RE function were studied.The results show that with the addition of rare earth,the inclusions become smaller,rounder,and the distribution tends to be uniform.
