摘要
目的探讨生殖股神经离断对正常大鼠睾丸生精功能的影响。方法建立正常大鼠单侧生殖股神经离断模型(日龄35 d),术后第60天观察正常大鼠GFN离断侧的睾丸及对侧睾丸的HIF-1α基因表达情况和生精细胞凋亡情况;测定大鼠睾丸组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果正常大鼠离断生殖股神经后,该侧睾丸HIF-1α蛋白的表达量较对侧与假手术组明显升高(F=4796,P<0.01),生精细胞的凋亡显著增加(F=420,P<0.01),SOD活性较对侧与假手术组明显降低(F=76,P<0.01),MDA含量明显高于对侧与假手术组(F=113,P<0.01),而对侧睾丸与假手术组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生殖股神经能对正常睾丸进行神经血管和温度调节,从而影响睾丸的生精功能。
Objective To investigate the impact of genitofemoral nerve division on spermatogenesis of normal scrotal testicular rats.Methods After the model that division of genitofemoral nerve in normal scrotal testicular rats(35 day) was made,the expression of HIF-1α and the germ cells apoptosis in the tissues of testis were detected and compared after 60 days.The content of maleic dialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were tested in different groups of rats.Results The germ cells apoptosis and the levels of HIF-1α in the side of the genitofemoral nerve was divided increased significantly(P〈0.01).The content of MDA in the side of the genitofemoral nerve was divided was much higher and the activity of SOD were much lower than other two groups(P〈0.01).No difference was noted in control group and sham operate group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Genitofemoral nerves play an important role in nerves-blood vessel regulation and thermoregulation of testis,and then influence the function of spermatogenesis.
