摘要
目的探讨遵义市社区居民高血压患病与饮食习惯的相关性。方法采用按比例概率抽样法对遵义市红花岗区的3个社区居民进行饮食习惯的问卷调查和血压测量。结果调查人群的食盐摄入量较大的比例为41.8%;每天摄入果蔬的比例为31.2%;每天摄入甜食的比例为25.8%;每天摄入奶类及奶制品的比例为33.0%;男性酒精及胆固醇摄入比例较女性高(P<0.01);女性果蔬、甜食及奶制品摄入比例较男性高(P<0.01);但男女之间食盐摄入量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食盐摄入量越大的居民,患高血压的可能性越大(P<0.01),应倡导城市居民低盐、低胆固醇的合理健康的饮食习惯,加强饮食管理是预防高血压的重要措施。
Objective To explore the relationship between dietary habits and hypertension in the community of Zunyi.Methods Probability proportional to size sampling method was used to select representative sample from Honghuagang district.All 410 residents were interviewed by questionnaire and blood pressure measurement were carried out.Results 41.8% residents had higher intake of salt in the area.The proportion of eating vegetable and fruits,sweet food,milk and milk products were 31.2%,25.8%and 33.0%.Males had higher proportion of drinking and hypercholesterin intake than females,whereas had lower proportion of vegetable and fruits,sweet food,milk and milk products a day than females(P〈0.01).But there was no significant difference between male and female with intake of salt(P〈0.05).Conclusion The higher the salt intake of residents,the greater the chance of developing hypertension.We should advocate low salt,low cholesterol and the reasonable healthy eating habits.To enhance management of diet custom and so that it is a important measure of preventing hypertension.
