摘要
目的研究中西医结合方法治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1～10月我院体检的原发性高血压患者160例随机分成两组,观察组进行中西医结合治疗,对照组仅进行西医治疗,比较两组原发性高血压患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前观察组的舒张压和收缩压平均值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过两个月治疗后,观察组的舒张压和收缩压平均值明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优42例,良32例,总疗效优良率92.5%;对照组临床疗效优21例,良30例,总疗效优良率63.8%,两组的疗效总优良率具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗原发性高血压采用中西医结合治疗可取得更好疗效,稳定降压的同时保护靶器官,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of primary hypertension patients.Methods All 160 cases of essential hypertension found in physical examination in our hospital from 2010 January to 2010 October were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine control group only,carry out western medicine treatment,compared two groups of patients with essential hypertension clinical curative effect.Results The blood pressure before and after treatment compared to before treatment observation group of patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure mean values and a control group of patients with no significant difference（P〈0.05）;after two months after treatment,the observation group in patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure mean values were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Clinical curative effect observation group 42 cases were excellent,32 cases clinical curative effect good,general clinical effect was excellent in 92.5%;the control group 21 cases clinical curative effect and the clinical efficacy,good in 30 cases,the total clinical effective rate 63.8%,two groups of clinical efficacy of excellent and good rate was significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical meaning of.Conclusion In the treatment of essential hypertension in yeast,treatment with integrative medicine can obtain a better clinical efficacy in stability,lowers blood pressure,protect target organs,is worth widely clinical use.
