摘要
目的研究不同酸蚀面积下粘接正畸托槽对托槽粘接强度的影响。方法正畸拔除人离体前磨牙60颗,随机分为A、B、C、D组。A组酸蚀25mm2(5mm×5mm),B组酸蚀9mm2(3mm×3mm),C组酸蚀4mm2(2mm×2mm),D组酸蚀1mm2(1mm×1mm)。使用京津釉质粘合树脂粘接新亚标准型网底直丝弓上颌第一前磨牙托槽(底板面积12.18mm2),人工唾液中冷热循环1 000次,测试并记录托槽粘接强度。结果 4组间的粘接强度比较差异有显著性(F=188.38,P<0.05)。结论粘接正畸托槽酸蚀过程中控制牙面酸蚀面积略小于托槽底板面积时,仍能满足正畸临床托槽粘接强度的要求。
Objective To investigate the influence of different etching area on bond strength of orthodontic brackets. Methods Sixty extracted human premolars were evenly randomized to groups A,B,C,and D.The etching areas were as follows: group A,25 mm2(5 mm×5 mm);group B,9 mm2(3 mm×3 mm);group C,4 mm2(2 mm×2 mm);and group D,1 mm2(1 mm×1 mm).The first premolar standard edgewise brackets(base area 12.18 mm2) were bonded with Jingjin enamel adhesive system.After 1000 cold-head cycled treatment,the bond strength was measured. Results There were significant differences between the four groups in both bond strength(F=188.38,P〈0.05). Conclusion When the etching area a little bit smaller than the bracket base area,the bond strength can still meet clinical orthodontic requirement.
