摘要
采用聚丙烯中空纤维膜对传统活性污泥曝气法进行改造 ,进行了中空纤维膜 -生物反应器对高浓度有机废水处理特性的研究 .初步实验结果表明 :B/C在 0 3~ 0 5时 ,CODCr的去除率稳定在 87 5%~ 91 0 % ;当B/C大于 0 5时 ,CODCr的去除率为 98% ;对NH3-N的去除率在 80 %左右 .本方法处理效率高 ,抗冲击负荷能力强 ,出水水质优良 ,操作管理方便 ,占地面积小 ,具有良好的工业应用前景 .
By the remolding of traditional activated sludge method using PP microfiltration membrane, hollow fiber membrane bioreactor(HFMBR) used for high concentration organic wastewater treatment, was studied in this paper. The results show that 87.5%~91.0% and 98.0% COD_Cr removal rate could be achieved as B/C are 0.3~0.5 and >0.5 respectively. Simultanously 80% removal rate of NH\-3-N can be gotten. Since HFMBR possesses many advantages such as high bio-chemical efficiency, antiimpact on the loading, fine outlet-water quality, easily to manage and smaller equipment volume, so it has good prospects in industrial wastewater treatment.
