摘要
航空发动机作动筒通过改变机尾喷口的截面积而直接影响飞机的机动性和起飞、着陆性能,为此需要专有的试验台对其进行流量实验、密封试验、动作均匀性实验,以严格控制其工作可靠性。现有的作动筒液压试验台检测方法落后、准确度和精度低、效率不高。通过重新设计系统原理、采用分体式结构、精确控制油温、选用高精度检测元件等多项措施,对作动筒液压试验台进行了全新的设计,提高了试验台的准确度、精度和效率,并在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
The actuating cylinder directly affects the dynamic charateristics、 the capability of taking-off and landing for one aircraft through changing the cross sectiong of its rear spray nozzle.To assure the cylinder's reliability,a specific hydraulic testing table is necessary for the measuring of flow rate、 sealing ability、 acting uniformity.The present test table using the outdated method is not accurate and efficient enough.In this paper,one absolutely new test table is designed,in which some improvements are employed,including the renewed test theory、 modular structure、 the accurate control of oil tempreture、 the choice of precise gauge,etc.The application proves the test table's good performance and efficiency.
