摘要
随着社会主义新农村建设战略的实施,民族地区农村人力资源开发的重要性日益凸现。内蒙古自治区在农村人力资源开发的过程中通过探索一系列的特色做法,有效地推进了新农村的建设。本文在分析内蒙古与四川民族地区相似背景的基础上,提出了借鉴内蒙古经验开发四川民族地区农村人力资源的对策建议,以期促进四川民族地区农村经济的发展。
With the implementation of the new socialist rural construction strategy,national human resource development in rural areas has become increasingly important.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has effectively promoted the buliding of new contryside in practice by exploring a range of features in the process of rural human resource development.This paper made the recommendations of learning from the experience of Inner Mongolia to develop policy for human resources in rural areas based on an analysis of the similar ethnic background of Inner Mongolia and Sichuan in order to promote rural economic development of ethnic minority areas in Sichuan.
