摘要
通过正交试验制备最优配方乳化剂,用煤油、多氢酸及制备的乳化剂又制备了微乳多氢酸体系。测试了微乳多氢酸体系的粒径分布,考察了微乳多氢酸体系的稳定性和耐盐能力。结果表明,该微乳多氢酸体系粒径小、平均粒径为26.9 nm,具有良好的热稳定性,耐盐能力可达到60 000 mg/L。比较了相同浓度下微乳多氢酸和多氢酸分别与大理石、玻片、标准钢片的反应。结果表明,与相同浓度多氢酸相比,微乳多氢酸体系的缓速效果显著,对钢片的缓蚀率达85.18%。
The optimized emulsifier and the microemulsified multihydrogen acid kerosene, muhihydrogen acid and emulsifier were prepared through orthogonal tests. cle size,the salt tolerance and temperature resistance of the microemulsified multihy system which consists of The distribution of partidrogen acid system were examined. The results showed that the microemulsified aicd system possessed small particle size of 26.9 nm and good heat stability, salt tolerance up to 60 000 mg/L. The reacting properties of the microemulsified aicd with steel, quartz and marble were investigated. The results showed that compared with the same concentration of muhihydrogen acid solution, the corrosion inhibition performance of the microemulsified multihydrogen acid system was remarkable ,and the corrosion inhibition rate to steel reached 85.18%.
