摘要 本文对伊利石的加工及应用新技术进行了详尽的综述。天然伊利石因其富含钾、铝,对其进行物理化学等不同工艺加工可以生产钾肥、4A沸石等工业产品。伊利石具有良好隔热、绝缘性能及化学稳定性、天然纳米粒度,分散性好,因此可作为填料广泛应用于陶瓷、橡胶、塑料、化妆品等工业。由于具有较大的比表面积、微孔结构、较高的阳离子交换能力,伊利石对环境中的金属离子有很强的吸附,尤其是伊利石与蒙脱石、高岭石粘土复合物对放射性元素锶和铯具有很好的吸附。除了以上应用外,伊利石具有中等可塑性、高强度、耐磨性、阻燃性等,因此还可以用于建筑板材。以天然伊利石为原料,通过不同的合成条件,可以制备不同类型的沸石分子筛。综上所述,伊利石作为一种新兴的非金属工业矿物,被广泛应用于各个工业领域。 This paper summarizes the processing and application of natural illite clays base on new technologies. Due to rich in potassium and aluminum, potassic fertilizer and 4A zeolites can be synthetized from natural illite by different physical and chemical processing. With excellent heat insulation, insulating property, chemical stability, natural nanoparticles and good dispersion, illite can be widely used as filler in the field of rubber, plastics, cosmetics industries. Because of large specific surface area, microcellular structure and high cation exchange capacity, illite has a strong affinity for metallic pollutants in the environment, especially illite- smectite and illite-kaolinite mixed clay have higher adsorption of radioactive strontium and caesium. In addition to the above - mentioned applications, it can also be used for building board, with respect to its moderate plasticity, high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and fire resistance. Various types of zeolites were successfully synthesized from natural illite clay through different synthesis conditions. In conclusion, as a new non-metallic industrial materials, illite has been used in various industrial fields.
