摘要
介绍了我国科技奖励的监督机构与监督办法,阐述了国外科研诚信与学术监督体系,比较了中外科技奖励监督与保障机制的异同,向我国科技部门提出通过完善学术监督机制、建立学术诚信制度以保障科技奖励的公正与公平的建议。
This paper introduces the supervision institutions and supervision methods for science and technology awards in China, expounds the Scientific research integrity and academic supervision system in foreign countries, compares the differences and similarities between domestic and foreign supervision and guarantee mechanisms for science and technology awards, and puts forward some suggestions for China＇s science and technology departments on guaranteeing the fairness and equity of science and technology awards through perfecting academic supervision mechanism and establishing academic credit system.
