摘要
采用组织分离法从灰树花变异体中筛选到纯白灰树花新菌株 ,对纯白灰树花的营养成分进行了分析 .结果表明 ,纯白灰树花含粗蛋白 2 0 .2 1% ,粗纤维 12 .4 0 % ,粗脂肪 1.2 0 % ,可溶性糖 4 0 .70 % ,17种氨基酸总量为 13.38% ,其中必需氨基酸与总氨基酸比值 (EAA/ TAA)为 0 .4 4 89,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸比值 (EAA/NEAA)为 0 .8146 .
By means of tissue isolation, purely white new strains were screened from Grifola frondosa variants to analyze their nutrient composition. The results showed that the contents of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and soluble sugar were 20.21%, 12.40%, 1.20% and 40.70%, respectively, and the total content of 17 sorts of amino acids was 13.38%, of which the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids (EAA/TAA) was 0.4489 and essential amino acids to nonessential amino acids (EAA/NEAA) was 0.8146. Meanwhile abundant minerals were discovered.
