摘要
以二正丁基胺、二硫化碳等合成了中间体二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,并用其通过亲核取代反应对氯化石蜡-52(T302)进行了化学改性。用红外、元素分析和热重等手段进行了表征和分析。采用多功能摩擦试验机、四球摩擦磨损试验机、旋转氧弹、PDSC等试验手段,考察了该添加剂在HVI150基础油中的摩擦学性能和抗氧化效应。结果表明,改性后的添加剂T302G具有良好润滑性能和辅助抗氧作用。
The intermediate dibutyldithiocarbamate sodium was synthesized by dibutyl amine,carbon bisulfide and sodium hydroxide.With this intermediate,the chlorinated paraffin-52(T302) was modified through nucleophilic substitution.The target product was characterized by IR,thermogravimetric analysis and elemental analysis.Four ball wear tester,multi-specimen test system,rotary bomb oxidation method and pressurized differential scanning calorimeter were employed to evaluate the tribological and antioxidative performances of the synthesized additive in base oil HVI 150.The results show that the additive T302G has good lubricity and auxiliary antioxidative fuction.
