摘要
利用响应曲面法研究了影响溶藻细菌S7对水华鱼腥藻溶藻效应的三个环境因子(培养温度、光照度、pH值)的交互作用,建立了溶藻细菌S7对水华鱼腥藻去除率的二次回归方程,通过响应曲面分析得到优化组合。结果表明,当培养温度为33.06℃、光照度为3 312 lx、pH值为6.26时,溶藻细菌S7对水华鱼腥藻的溶藻效应最佳,对水华鱼腥藻的去除率为91.40%。经验证,模型拟合度良好。
The response surface methodology was applied to study the interactions of three environmental factors ( culture temperature, illuminance, pH value) on the algae-lytic effect of algicidal bacterial strain S7 on Anabaena flos-aquae. A quadratic regressive equation on the removal rate of Anabaena flos-aquae by strain S7 was established, and the optimum combination was obtained by response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimum algae-lytic effect of strain S7 on Anabaena flos-aquae was achieved at culture temperature of 33.06 %, illuminance of 3 312 lx and pH value of 6.26. The removal rate of Anabaenaflos-aquae was 91.40%. The experiment verified the model's fitting accuracy.
