摘要
目的:介绍国外诊断相关疾病分组(DRGs)价格制定流程,为我国按病种定价工作提供参考。方法:采用文献研究方法,对国外DRGs制定流程进行介绍。结果与结论:基于诊断相关疾病组的预付费制(DRGs-PPS)在世界各国得到广泛应用,变种颇多,因此制定DRGs价格的具体方法也各不相同,但其原理和方法基本一致。以医疗保险办公室(CMS)为代表的DRGs的价格制定方法比较全面地考虑了地理位置、薪金水平、教学医院及所承担患者情况等因素,对我国按病种定价工作具有一定的参考价值。
OBJECTIVE： The introduce DRGs pricing flow and to make some proposals to the government for ＂pricing by disease types＂. METHODS： By literature review, foreign DRGs pricing flow was introduced. RESULTSCONCLUSION： DRGs-PPS has been widely used in countries around the world. It has a lot of variants and different specific methods for DRGs pricing, but its principles and methods are basically the same. CMS sets prices of DRGs based on the factors of location, salary level, the teaching hospital, the burden of patients and some other conditions, which is of great value to us.
