摘要 口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)是一种常见的口腔黏膜炎症性疾病,易复发并存在恶变的可能,具体的病因和发病机制尚不清楚。细胞自噬是真核细胞生物中高度保守的生命现象,作为程序性细胞死亡的方式之一,在维持细胞内环境的稳态方面起到重要作用。目前关于细胞自噬与OLP发病及恶变的关系的相关报道较少,本文就细胞自噬与口腔扁平苔藓的联系作一探讨。 Oral lichen planus(OLP) is a common inflammatory disease of oral mucosa,which is easy to recurrent and has malignant tendency.The precise etiology and pathogenesis about OLP is unknown.Autophagy is a highly conserved phenomenon in eukaryotic cells,as one type of programmed cell death,which plays an important role in the maintenance of inter-cellular environment homeostasis.At present,there is no report about the relationship between autophagy and the development and malignant transformation of OLP.In this article,the correlation between autophagy and OLP has been discussed.
