摘要
目的探讨人工全膝关节置换综合性干预对术后康复效果的影响。方法用抽签法将择期行全膝关节置换术的40名患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各20例)。观察组接受心理干预、健康教育干预和康复锻炼干预,对照组接受常规指导和功能锻炼,比较两组术后的心理状态和膝关节功能。后者评价标准采用美国特种外科医院膝关节评分系统(HSS)。结果观察组术后心理状态和肢体功能的恢复明显优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论全膝关节置换术是目前治疗膝关节病的有效方法,但应重视患者的心理干预、健康教育干预和早期康复锻炼,这将有效地促进膝关节功能的恢复,尽早提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive perioperative intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of total knee replacement. Methods Forty patients undergoing total knee replacement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group（ 20 patients each）. The experimental group received psychological intervention, healthy education intervention and rehabilitation exercise intervention, while the control group received routine guidance and functional training. Postoperative psychological status, health education and knee training results of the two groups were compared. Criteria of assessment were adapted from U. S. Hospital Special Surgery knee scoring system（HSS）. Results Postoperatively,the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in terms of psychological state, health education and recovery of limb function（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Total knee replacement is an effective treatment for knee diseases. To enhance the recovery of knee function,much attention should be paid towards psychological intervention, health education intervention and rehabilitation exercise, which can promote the quality of life of patients.
