摘要
目的探讨用双侧鼻导管吸氧管固定胃管是否优于传统的胃管固定方法。方法根据患者是否同时需要低流量吸氧,分别采用双侧鼻导管吸氧管固定和传统方法固定胃管。99例患者被随机分为4组,对比两种固定方法对于无需氧疗和需要低流量氧疗患者的效果。结果与传统胃管固定法相比,采用鼻导管吸氧管固定胃管更加牢靠,可增加病员的舒适度,减少材料浪费,减少费用,亦不会影响对于同时需要低流量氧疗患者的疗效。结论用鼻导管吸氧管固定胃管的方法优于传统的固定方法。
Objective To determine whether double-hole nasal tube performs better than conventional gastric tube for fixation of gastric tube.Methods 99 patients were randomly divided into four groups based on requirement of low-flow oxygen therapy and different methods of fixation.Results Double-hole nasal tube performed much better than conventional method for gastric tube fixation,which has relieved pain and featured firm fixation and less material.No interference with low-flow oxygen therapy was observed.Conclusion Double-hole nasal tube fixation performed much better than conventional method,and is a safe and effective method.
