煤矿液压支架四连杆机构的遗传优化设计 被引量:6

摘要 液压支架顶板管理和承受载荷的能力与四连杆机构结构参数的设计有密切关系。以使液压支架顶梁的轨迹为摆幅最小的双纽线或者单调曲线为目标,以遗传算法作为核心算法,对四连杆机构结构参数进行优化设计,并通过ADAMS仿真对液压支架的简化模型进行运动仿真,获得了较理想的结果。 Management and load bearing capacity of hydraulic support's roof is closely related to the design quality of four-bar mechanism.The objective is that hydraulic support of top beam trajectory should be lemniscate or monotonous curve,and its maximal swing value should be minimal.The procedure uses the method of genetic algorithm to optimize the four-bar mechanism.A dynamic simulation was made in ADAMS and the result was perfect.
