摘要
介绍了机床夹具设计中圆偏心夹紧机构的运动规律和实用设计方法,为企业夹具设计人员提供了偏心夹紧机构设计的新思路,从理论研究角度有效分析推算出偏心夹紧机构可靠性的自锁条件及最大偏心楔角的一般公式。大大提高了偏心夹紧机构设计的效率,缩短了新型偏心夹具的开发周期,提高了夹具设计的质量。为该产品的预评价、生产加工提供了重要依据。
Movement rules and the practical method is introduced to design clamping institutions of circular eccentric.Providing the new way of thinking and design method for person of enterprise fixture design,study the largest wedge angle and self-locking condition.This method can improve the efficiency of the clamping institutions of circular eccentric,shorten the development cycle of structures,and improve the designing quality.This is useful to the product assessment,and provides important datum for the production processing.
