摘要
依据50型装载机变速箱体数控化批量加工的要求,在分析箱体的结构特点和加工技术要求的基础上,提出了关键加工工序夹具的结构方案,并通过在加工精度、结构设计等方面的分析优化,确定了最佳的设计方案。对夹具的定位元件、夹紧装置进行了详细设计,保证了夹具满足加工技术要求及夹紧的可靠性。详细介绍了夹具在机床上的安装校正过程。
According to the mass NC machining requirements of gearbox case of 50-type loaders,on the basis of analyzing the structure and machining requirements of the case,two structural design schemes for the key machining processes were given,through analysis and optimization in machining precision and structural design,the optimal design scheme was chosen.Location elements and clamping devices were designed in detail,the machining requirements and clamping reliability were ensured to meet.The installation and setting of the fixture on the machine was introduced.
